Studio Services

Purchases made may be refunded in full by Rock Ness Studios Ltd, provided that one or more of the conditions below have been met.

• Your bank account or PayPal account has been fraudulently charged
• A reasonable explanation is provided to us of why the refund should be made

Furthermore, Rock Ness Studios Ltd will only issue refunds in the event that work on the project(s) or service(s) purchased has not yet commenced.
